What we collect

• Anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics: the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
• This website has no forms. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send us.
• Online bookings are handled by our booking provider on their own site, under their own privacy terms.

Why we use it

To understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site, and to answer your enquiries and manage your bookings.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Enquiries are kept for as long as we need to deal with them.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
